IF BOUGHT AT AUCTION? Most things bought at oction
are AS IS. If that's the case hope TECO has knowlege of drill rig's condition.
They never say what they pay for equiptment only what they think
the value is. Could be in for long delays. Hope not. Not much
direct news on matter.
