If the convertible preferred at convertible 10 shares of common for each preferred shares the I see 73 million 500 thousand outstanding preferred shares. Multiply those outstanding preferred shares by the convertibility ratio to get the outstanding common shares after full dilution.

At ten to one convertibility the outstanding common shares would be DOUBLED

I will post the convertibility factor as soon as I have verified..

Some of you probably know , I don't recall.
