GasLog Ltd. Announces Pricing of its Initial Public Offering and Listing on the New York Stock Exchange

MONACO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GasLog Ltd. (“GasLog”) announced today that its public offering of 23,500,000 common shares was priced at $14.00 per share. The underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,525,000 additional common shares from GasLog at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
