always amusing to watch speculation on how these deals get structured----only watched a few hundred---but in the pinks there are only a few scripts to follow----and always the hope that "the shareholders will be taken care of"----every deal has 3 players at the table---company A/company B/ existing (old) shareholders-----every deal Ive watched saw 2 step away from the table smellin like roses.sorry---common shares are the fuel that gets thrown on the bonfire.
