Wrong if you remember i posted a while back i called the DTC myself and spoke to someone there who verified that they were chilled. I can't recall which service was chilled. Normally they wont talk to individuals but if you give them a spiel about how you have 2 brokerage accounts and one is saying it is dtc ineligible and one is saying it's not and you've tried talking to both brokerages and you keep getting conflicting stories and you're just trying to figure out what is going on with your money and what you should do. They seem to be pretty helpful.
