While, I have heard this before I have never been able to buy a stock on the bid PPS! Likewise, in over 20 different companies, I have never been able to sell a stock on the ask PPS!

Hmmm, then I guess we should be looking for large amounts of sells on L2, as that means people are buying and not selling, right?

IMO, it's the prices the MMs are willing to sell and buy at and not actual traders!
