The complaint charges Alexander Lindale and Blum with violations of Section 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act and Section 15(a) of the Exchange Act. The complaint seeks injunctive relief, disgorgement, civil penalties and penny stock bars from defendants.
So until there is a final outcome of what the SEC is seeking against dpbe's founder and his alexander lindale so called i/r firm.
The case against BLUM is STILL IN LITIGATION. The SEC does not leave anything unanswered.
Let me ask YOU a question.
If as YOU claim, all the SEC troubles regarding blum have been dismissed , why hasn't wilf taken back the CEO position at DPBE?
Because its all still PENDING.
MY opinion. And once again, you know why I reach the conclusions I do.
I take a common sense approach.
