Just got done reading thru a lot of post here about LNET, ST, and so forth...I couldn't pick one to reply directly to, but had a thought I wanted to throw out there.

It seems that there is much concern over whether a merger or a buy out is the best thing for the share holders?

My thought is, what about neither? I mean, I really believe that there is talks going on with LNET. It would be too much of a coincidence for not to be happening, but WHAT IF:

SP is too proud of our system to just sell it off. He obviously is still seeking out hotels to deploy the entire system into just as he has done in Philly, if he planned to merge, I don't think he would still be investigating market areas to saturate with business.

this may be a bad analogy, but think of it like XM/SIRIUS Radio, GM sells their cars with an option for a XM/SIRIUS radio.

What if SP is offering the TIVUS ad insertion unit to LNET to allow them to offer our technology into all the rooms and market share that they already hold, and allows us to share in the profits in 100's of thousands of rooms as fast as LNET can update. Now we don't get the full benefit like we will in the philly install, but it allows us to get our name out in the market. Kinda of like when DELL initially started selling computers straight to the consumer cutting out the middle man. Great product but they could never get to everyone until they worked out a deal to also sell through retailers. You want the best deal on a DELL custom designed one of a kind hooty hoo computer that fits your need exactly, you call DELL and order your computer. but if you want the security of buying through a brick and mortar place you can trust like best buy or walmart or whatever then you go there and buy a ready made DELL system.

The TIVUS technology is patented, but they can buy usage rights by paying us a royalty fee which means we profit immediately and continuously (by a part of the ad insertion revenue)every time they install in one of the hotels that they have under a current existing contract, and we don't have to wait 60 months in some case to get our foot in the door and show what we can do.

I may be out in left field, but it is just a thought, somebody wanna comment, destroy, or add to my idea please feel free.

not saying that any of this is true or acurate, just another what if?
