You are stealing my "thunder". My post 22517 from last November:
At the height of "Black Friday" I am again willing to restate what I said in post 22422 -- In a year I am expecting things to get much better. I do not know what of the five major issues (litigation closure, debt restructured, dilution formally ended, MAJOR news, establishment of real corporate governance) will lead the way but I have a strong feeling stated in post 22422 that it will happen. You ask what good are my feelings in this regard? I am no market guru of any kind, I can work my way through an SEC filing and an income statement, that is about it. But I have followed KK and this company for years and through that I have developed instincts, feelings if you will, about what the next outcomes will be. I say the following not to self aggrandize but to support the validity of these instincts in this setting, for example: 1) I called the R/S before any one believed it was coming, 2) I called the 1:1000 when folks thought that was crazy, 3) I stated my belief that the PPS would fall to at least a nickel post R/S, 4) I insisted that the litigation was going to be long and costly with a huge drag on earnings while folks were calling for settlements to occur soon -- actually an intellectual property attorney helped with this call, 5) I stated that many would be stuck post R/S as the PPS fell and the certs were delivered, 6) The trading symbol was going to be GERSD while KK said that it would not change, 7) I called the Q3 as mixed while others called it a blow-out!. We now know all my contentions were correct. I did this to try dampen the unbridled, and to my eyes, incorrect huge near term expectations. I have been called many things here and on the Skunk Blog for trying to be objective and to provide an alternative perspective. I am curious what the response will be to the current perspective. And, if you think I am blowing hot air about 1) - 7) above I have many, many post where I put my arse on the line over these contentions, for example: 18110, 18126, 18356, 18737, 18748, 19206, 19497, and 19638.
