Well it's all just speculation, but that's just how I see it. Everyone has their own opinion. I do believe if they retire a lot of the gifted shares (which should be criminal), then .25 could be possible on the OTCBB. I think they made a great move in hiring Bluher (this guy is no dummy), and we are currently seeing a stock restructure taking place. Any stock is a risk, but at these price levels and with their increased exposure, market share and taking the right steps to becoming a real player on the big boards, this stock is well worth the risk.
