Yeah, in DE he denies using aliases to intentionally inflict emotional distress on the Spencers. Then in VA Wallace asserts that those aliases he denies having in DE are the very ones that Spencer intentionally inflicted emotional distress on his aliases. And since the posts came to him from an alias, he has NO proof. Can you say corruption of due legal process? Is that what Tulsa PU teachs....in grad law school?
