Bill Gray is holding on by a thread, he has no money , no ideas and no assets that are worth anything.

He claims to be in the communication Business but must not have a phone that he can pick up to call his shareholders and pump the stock himself.
He is so broke that he cant put out a news release but he has Steven King put out faults and misleading information in order to sell more stock just to pay his wages.

If you lock at the 10K he cant even pay the company rents
