READ THIS 911 means news, 400 means trade it sideways. I don't know why they have to put that out since they get the news first they don't have to tell each other. It's to get people to expect it so that price dosen't blow up when it comees out of nowhere. IMO 400 is an attempt to slow down trading signaling that they want to trade it sideways. People think that mm have all of the control so when they see these symbols they comply. MM's aren't talking to each other they're talking to us. When people see 400 they will comply to trading how the MM want but if peeps kept buying they would have no choice than to let it go up. It's an attempt to slow down buys so that they don't loose it. If they want it to go sideways it's because they know it's taking off.
