It's good to see a more positive tone. We're even starting to see past nay sayers calling for greener days ahead. I guess that now that they've been able to load the cheapies they're ready to see it reverse course, but i wonder if all the fear mongering scared too many away or that we are at a point in which people are not willing to sell.
