Actually, to get a bit technical with you.. you can run Mac OS on pretty much any Intel chipset. No need to buy a whole new computer.
Source: I currently have an Intel desktop with a dual boot for both Windows 7 and Mac OS Lion.

A merger with LNET might not be all that disastrous, if is is truly a merger and Tivus gets to have a say in things as well. I think Shiva has a vision and hopefully in a merger he will get to continue on that path he is on without much interference by LNET. Tivus could upgrade existing systems or replace them and both Tivus and LNET rake in the profits from that. In theory it could work out well. I'm not too familiar with LNET but when the time comes i will do my DD on them.
