GDSM did not release a PR - that PR was released by xxx company today and shows they are months away form completing an NI 43-101. They stated their NI 43-101 will be completed in the 2nd half of 2012.

Sorry, didn't mean to confuse anyone, just showing a time frame for completing an NI.

Developing a mining claim takes many months and often times years by the time all the test drilling is done, the assays are completed, the reports are done and submitted with permit applications.

Patience is required by investors as the companies complete each step towards the actual mining process. A placer mine is the least expensive and quickest to develop but they still need to get every permit and there is no way to move government employees off their butts to speed it up.
