20 years of experience is quite a bit of time in the industry, however there are many facets of work in the telecom industry. What aspect of the wireless industry have you been involved with that would give you the knowledge and expertise in valuing MDGC's equipment? There have been many changes in the industry in the last 5 years so unless you are directly aliened to the strategic deployment of equipment I would doubt that you could be considered an expert? I have 12 years experience in the telecom industry but in no way could I consider myself an expert in assessing the equipment. Not disagreeing with your abilities just asking for clarification.
