Where the heck is that 1,000,000 share sell order that came in at 3:57 yesterday? It didn't fill yesterday, and if it really was someone selling shares then it should have appeared again this morning, right?

IMHO that was flat-out illegal manipulation. The fact that someone would resort to that, despite all the scrutiny on this stock, tells me that somebody is very worried about how they'll get shares.
