For all we know the non disclosure agreements with whatever companies they are in talks with could have something to do with a buyout already - big companies would pay about .5 to .10 a share for the patents alone not to mention the relationship with the US Air Force that is already in place.....
Time will tell but the way I see it we have two options here -
1.) we run up with news of a new contract once the Air Force is done field testing
2.) we hear there is a buyout at a nice PPS and we all smile on our way to te bank

Eitherway it's a waiting game - but those lines at a theme park are always longest for the most intense rides
