Many companies trading on the Pink Sheets or Bulletin Board can use outside experts on financial relations. They do not have sufficient development to afford an internal financial public relations manager. So, they burden other management with these duties. These managers usually don’t have the time to stay abreast of financial reporting requirements and/or do not have the contacts in the financial community to know if interest in their company is from a predatory source or not.
