Dear Mr. Pietanza,
There has been substantial misinformation floating around on an OTC company that trades as BCIT. BCIT is currently involved in a counterfeit share issue. Many brokers have closed trading, or are only allowing sells, citing the DTCC as the organization who initiated their actions.
These brokers claim that the DTCC has issued something called a "Global Freeze" on BCIT shares. Is this true? Have you had contact with brokers such as Ameritrade, Fidelity, Raymond James or Etrade in regards to this situation? If so, what exactly did you instruct them to do? Is there anything you can tell me about DTCC policy on BCIT shares? What exactly is a "Global Freeze?"
