The gentleman with the cameras could have an easy case for
fraud, he needs to go to a Pros. Attn. and file a complaint,
contract law would come into play, not securities,
the patents belong to the original companys that loaned
these idiots the money,
the SEC may be able to look into the issue of the stock
still being traded, I filed a complaint with them the day
the company closed, never heard a word from them,
the Ohio Sec Div looked into the issue did not think
they could make a case of fraud as most of the money was
ripped off by paying high salaries, which is not illegal,
I hoped for the best, didn't happen,
I seen no recovery from this, they were smart enough to
cover their asses!!
But the SEC may look into the current trading and see
where that money is and where it has been going,
will try to contact them, on that issue,
