ASTC:NASDAQ no brainer 5 forward PE

ASTC is a no brainer for following reasons

-Just reported $.05 EPS
-Strong earnings will continue due to high back log ($35 million) and reduced R + D expenses after releasing spectrometer product
-ASTC was above $3 in 2010 with much worse earnings.
-Spectrometer has uses at airports for detectinhg emisssions from bombs.
-Small float.
