I am only holding "free" restricted shares (previously disclosed).

The reason why I sold those original shares was the huge price spike that normally accompanies reverse mergers. I was also highly confident that the market price would decay over time.

I only recently thought PHOT might be approaching a reasonable price. The verdict is out until I see some financials.
