Thanks golong. Coming from you that's quite a compliment. I've called them 7 or 8 times today, starting at 7:30AM EST. In fact, I became so frustrated that I called ASSOCIATED numbers such as 2513, and 2514, and 2516 ... hopeing that they had various extensions. But no such luck. Hopefully, however, we'll crack through eventually.
