There is great potential in DR for OTOW
Dominican Republic to have 9.5 million mobile subscriber connections in 2015, Val sees OTOW being a part of that, IMHO. Some people own multiple mobile phones each in the DR, yet there are communities with hundreds of families without access to a single phone line. This is the perfect time for OTOW to build, build, build.
