The hype about the KoolTel CEO supposedly "brushing up and public company rules" is pretty useless.
First off it's third party information with no proof of actually being emailed to anyone.
Secondly even if they are still interested in going public there is zero assurance that it is done through merger with AISystems. Still waiting on shareholder approval? Has a approval attempt even been started? Does the deal collapse and KoolTel go public through another shell?

These are not irrational questions. Too much irregularity going on here.
