There is alot of FACTS neither you nor I know with the terms and legalities of all 3 companies

You are right you dont know the terms and legalities... but I do... you see I CAN read a 10 Q and 10 K and the 8-K that were put out when Deltron, Elasco and Blu Vu became a public company under the Deltron umbrella ...and thats where all the legalities that you need to know are located.

One quick FACT for you... when a company like Deltron owns subsidiary companys like Blu Vu and Elasco... the debt incurred by either of them is the responsibility of Deltron itself.. you, ( well I assume you, but probably not) me, latrod and all the other shareholders of Deltron are owners of both Blu Vu and Elasco and the debt they both have, because we own shares in DTRO which stands for Deltron. DTRO does not stand for Elasco, and it does not stand for Blu Vu. It stands for Deltron, the parent company to Blu Vu and Elasco. Any thing Deltron does with either of those company's effects us as shareholders of Deltron, the owner of them and we as shareholders are part of the ownership of Deltron. That's how being a shareholder works.

And now I am reading straight lies... as you have indeed called this a SCAM on more then a dozen occasions... nice try. And once again you have not once single fact...so stop lying to possible new shareholders like you do..they can read you know and thats why no one ever, but me for some dumb reason, ever responds to your posts. (opps EDD dose for got about him) LOL
