NEWBIES Ask why nobody talks about not hearing anything concerning shareholders voting for this supposed merger. Shareholder approval is the next step after the LOI and 8K filing but nobody has ever mentioned getting a ballot. Obviously this begs to question the status of the merger.

Then there is the missing 10K which is in a grace period right now. Some love saying the company filed for a extension which is incorrect. There is a grace period and it's running out come 5/17.

Be careful! Don't fall in love with stocks.
