"It would seem that all you care about is some type of credit."

Hardly. I ain't going to apologize for something I didn't do. I held and still hold a certain opinion. That is my privilege. Namely that KA knew of/was involved with JRB and his deceptions a bit more than he let on. It's hardly a controversial opinion and has the support of a number of others on this chat forum. I accept it has been difficult for him to "strike" and undermine JRB but he was simply waiting for the green light order from his master IMO. I hardly witnessed him struggle between his loyalty to JRB and his putative loyalty to investors who were really suffering incurring massive losses while the whole thing was going on. A number of my posts asking reasonable sensible questions regarding JRB's devious conduct went unanswered by KA and don't give me it was because he couldn't answer in public. For one, like I said before, there always comes a time when the most loyal supporter has to call time and say enough is enough. He didn't do that even when it got to the point that JRB almost wanted us to believe the moon was made of cheese there would have been KA telling us it's Swiss Cheese. For two, KA was sacked somewhat unceremoniously by JRB. Did he display his wrath soon after? Nope. Later after perhaps? Nope. Did he display his wrath when completely embarrassed in front of his many Stockcharter followers when JRB made him look like an idiot especially considering his double buy recommendation of IDCN stock? Nope. What about his wrath following the likely non-liquidated and liquidated loss he personally encountered with IDCN stock? Nope. Is it because we know KA to be a mild-mannered guy? Nope. Question is why no anger?

If it hadn't have been for JRB's company meeting/minutes procedure error, would we still be waiting to witness KA's anger, action and endeavor? I think yes, logically. JRB's miscalculation (entirely conceived and deliberate IMO) gave KA the needed opportunity to fill the gap of his lack of anger but the whole thing smacks of a DRAMA SERIES and in my experience when it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, it normally is. When there's drama with a number of "it just so happens coincidental events" only adding to and fueling the drama and torment there's normally a SCRIPTWRITER AND CONSPIRATORS behind the scenes. Enter the 2 directors also actors. Ably supported by certain members of this message board IMO.

Am I looking for credit? Nope. Don't need any.

Do I have to say sorry? Nope. This was someone else's doing and from it came MY OPINION which I am entitled to. The situation needed rectifying and eventually it has been rectified....apparently anyway; but ask yourself where IDCN investors would be if no-one moaned or asked questions? If you prevent me from complaining you have to prevent everyone from complaining in order for your methodology and preference of dealing with such matters to be regarded as non-hypocritical. Apart from the fact that preventing people from voicing their opinions is illogical, it means you got to stop that Plaintiff guy from taking JRB to Court in the first place. So how would KA be in charge now exactly?

Yep. Exactly.

You'll be delighted to hear, subject to any new deceptions arising which I would naturally love to comment on, I consider this element of discussion closed. Permanently. Enough has been written on the subject and I clearly won with my superior thinking and opinion. If after all this you think there wasn't a "staging element" to JRB's visual exit from the "company" you are probably a tad naive in the business world that is penny stocks. It's a game and every game has players. Usually players play AGAINST each other especially when the lead player obviously "goes rogue". When one player gets publicly embarrassed, no humiliated to the extent KA did you have to ask WAS KA ALWAYS ON THE SAME TEAM JRB WAS? Was he just taking his punishment as directed?

I think you'll find in the coming months Sidewinder will get itself involved in some mining deals but JRB WILL have a latent involvement and a "take" in those deals. The only reason it was jointly decided by JRB & KA to remove JRB from the public spotlight was because his reputation and endearment to shareholders had become totally shot beyond salvage.

So just to recap. I am declaring myself winner of this argument on the old conspiracy stakes. Nevertheless, I do wish KA the very best of luck moving forward. TO DEE MOON.
