I finally got to attend one again. Very interesting. Sounds like the class B stock offering is worth looking into. George seems to have a good head for business and is not rushing things too fast, but he is working to get good value for shareholders.

The financial loan arena is heating up, but he took first part of call to go over what he and Evan have been talking about regarding the starshow karaoke product. Sounds like the licensing in place and agreements with distributors are also ready.

Good arrangement for both Mobile Star and for Eran's Starshow. Just need to hear that it is a "GO".

I won't try to summarize discussion, but suffice it to say that those who own the preferred shares will be in a better position perhaps.
