I think it will get done I followed SMAA and made some money there. spoke to Tim the CEO just now as they don't sign LOI unless deal is to be done period. They don't even care what there stock . I should know I own a ton over there. I don't even think they have a float. my guess is both of these are gonna go crazy very soon. SMAA in a year has never done a run..... I look for both to gear up for some crazy stuff. Maybe APS deal.
