That's good news!

I'm also factoring in [this is just IMHO of course] that
alot of countries are in war fatigue and are going to "draw
down" their militaries presence (I heard possibly France today with their new President) and us of course. Alot of the burden will be put on private defense companies for personnel, training, and equipment. This puts it in Perl's (and it's knowledgeable Board with their contacts) "sweet spot" of their bat (using the baseball metaphor).

Also, with all the talk and demonizing [here and around the world]of the "1%" lately, some very rich and powerful folks may decide that it may behoove them to "armour-up."

Again, just IMHO---- GTLA!!
