That's almost 6times the company's market cap.

They clear some legal paperwork and are Current, AND
sign another contract [to convince the nervous people who ARE
watching, but not sure yet on pulling the trigger] which will
only add to '12 revs.. and some good PRs---
Then some people are going to "kick" themselves for not
gobbling up at these prices.
