Hi Stevec....yes, the last 4 months of '03 seem to be a real anomaly..the price went up over 10%, and all the while two indicators that "generally" are reliable, the NASI and BPCOMP, showed a declining trend...
I haven't followed Noconas system that closely, but the PoorMans system would have been whipsawed badly in that period...any trend-following system would have whipped one without mercy.
That time period bothers me, and I think I will spend some time on it, looking deeper into market internals to see if I can find out how to avoid a repeat performance..that is one encore I don't care to see. regards.
