surround HLNT HQ's are HUGE!!!

TEN!! Pilot-trials turned into contracts that WILL BE ANNOUNCED
& the NATIONAL STRATEGY will PAY HUGE DIVIDENDS.

HLNT has been beaten-down LONG enough,...time to move UP!!

Shorts would do WELL to stay REAL CLOSE to that EXIT, in fact...by
my account, I've seen quite a FEW SAY BYE-BYE already as L2 trading
confirms!!!
