I would be very shocked if we dont see news today.I could see this bounce into the upper 8's from the low based on over sold indicators and rsi but not to the mid 10's on no news and sustain.something is cooking..price looks like its tryin really hard to find a base around a dime.might see your prediction without news tho..time will tell.GO CBIS!
