ICOA has conned investors with worthless PR's and vague e-mail responses not stating anything good or bad which supporters would run with the rumor when no substance behind it.

RS is coming here and no surprise if it happens with the other 111 Airport Rd company sometime after this one occurs. Nothing personal about this - it is going to happen and ICOA believers are unable to sell their shares nor or they buying them which means no confidence in ICOA - our investment is lost here to another pink penny scam! IMO
