It is easy to blame the bad guys(shorts,mm,flippers,etc) but the real problem here is that ICPA was overvalued. The co. has no major assets and has a shotgun approach to finding it's niche. You can't build a company on who you know or names that you can cleverly drop to make it appear that these people are on board. The CEO has no checks or balances when it comes to his compensation or how many shares he can sell off during a run up. IMO you should proceed very cautiously when trading this stock. My final 100k was sold this am. Wish you all well,but be careful.
