Also keep in mind that when that number was published, the A/S was 1 billion and O/S was around 850 million +/-. since then, we have an A/S of 3 billion, with an O/S of at least roughly 1.5 billion. About a 76% increase in O/S that we know of for sure. Even though, SP declared that the dilution was "done" at the Radio Interview and the T/A got gagged.
