William, I think YOU did it! I made a fricken dozen phone calls to this company yesterday, and other people here stated they did as well! William, YOU alone might have started a grassroots effort to make this company act responsibility! Maybe the phone calls worked! Like I said, the new management just doesn't want to start off on the wrong foot! Keep up the good work!! Get back on the phone!!!
