It is only illegal if the price manipulation takes the PPS up right?
That's what I understood from reading the post you are referencing.
Odd, I would consider the intention PPS manipulation south as illegal as well if we were considering both sides of the coin.
But that would be an unbiased opinion and it's not desired.
MDGC continues to be to center of attention and the manipulation continues.
