In short - that proposal would strip the Spencers of control and leave the company open to hostile takeover, then those controlling the company would dilute the stock like crazy so that the current shareholders' and the Spencers investment became worthless and take the company private.

I think that's been the plan for a few years now and Spencer simply will not go there.

I think that's a pipe dream in the Weird World of Wallace... makes you wonder what's in that PIPE. LOL!
