Let's clarify things, Arne said that he owes money to the Auditors. That does not means that he does not have money to pay them. Maybe, his priority is different from yours. We have to be understanding. Arne is the CEO, let him run the company. He has all the facts and information. We do not have. Our job is try to support him. If he is doing illegal things, Let the SEC handle that!! If we are not happy with him, you can get out by selling your investments with the company. In reality, you can not really fire him. You have to have a majority of the stocks before you can initiate actions. If your investments is just peanuts, I recommend you refrain from mocking and insulting him.
