I have read that, even thought about it, but it is unsubstantiated speculation, just as much so, as anything else on this board of late. There is way too much of that on this board. Just my opinion, but this board should be about facts and DD. Without any substance, this board becomes exactly what it has become, a chat room for rumors, dirty jokes, and personal attacks. Heck before long, the only thing we will have left to talk about is our length and staying time. The only people in here that can talk about TIVUS, "can't talk about it" for whatever reason. We are told "soon" but never given any idea what "Soon" means. We are given "Ad revenue generation should be at full capacity by early (I would understand "early" to mean somewhere before the midpoint) in 2nd fiscal quarter" (the only real time reference I can find anywhere) yet here we are midway through 2nd quarter, and no announcement of what revenue numbers are. Financials are almost a month and a half overdue, and we are wondering what new business SP is strumming up? Shouldn't we be demanding that SP clean his own house before he worries anymore about adding to the mess. He is busy, I got that, but he reportedly has ST here now, I would be perfectly happy hearing news from that guy. I mean for goodness sakes, we presumably have paid the guy for the last 30 something days or more. Tell us what he is doing? give us financials or something. No legal contract with any Hotel Chain can stipulate that TIVUS violate SEC regulations and not release their required financial statements. That is just ridiculous to believe. I understand that is not exactly what you were saying, but in essence that is what it amounts to.
