Obviously this is no sponge company, have you been to the Philly Marriott? The issue is that this company is a Pink and doesn't have to file anything. For all we know there could be dozens of new 504's and they just didn't file the Form D. The only issue with the SEC is that they allow this. They feel that the filing status on the OTC website is sufficient enough to warn investors and encourage the company to be current. Sponge tech was diffent because it was an obvious scam. Tivus, like other Pink companies who don't file appropriately are viewed as scams because they aren't making information public, but it doesn't mean they are. The only issue with the securities is that Shiva use to pass them out like candy with major discounts. That is not against the law, just like its not against the law for a Pink to not be current. Tivus isn't a scam, it's not like Shiva is taking the money to buy a huge house and go golfing with LNET. Anyone who has done any DD knows exactly where Shiva lives and who owns the mortgage. Google is an amazing thing if you have an investigators mind. Anyone who has read the filings knows there are billions of shares out that could take our current OS to the sky. Pinks are a gamble and that's what we've all done here, gambled on forward looking statements. Let's just hope something comes true and we can forget about this stage.

It's Too Late To Stop Now!!!
