Finally, people are starting to catch on with the reality here. Several posts in the last 10 or so are indicating that they are seeing the light. Welcome aboard, it is not bashing to state the obvious, it is not synonymous with being on the ICM payroll. There is little hope for dilution to end until the debt is resolved or the litigation is concluded (which should end the debt and more).

The discussion that GERS is earning enough money to pay the debt off this year is absolute nonsense, the make-believe argument that GERS will make multiple payments of $1.6 million is fantasy, the hope that operating revenue will offset all these costs is not in the immediate or intermediate future. How do I know? I do not KNOW, I think -- try it. The same way I think that today we will have another afternoon dilution dump of 50,000 - 80,000+ shares, the same way that this dilution can easily drive the PPS to 3 cents or less, the same way I think that the Q1 will have no lasting impact on the downward PPS trend -- because it is happening in front of our eyes. You can refuse to believe, but the ONLY way the Q1 will have a lasting impact on the PPS, REGARDLESS of revenues reported, is for a pledge of no more dilution, which I think will not happen.

All the great "news" being dug out and reported to us by the various GERS' disciples, as if it means a hoot today, will be important for tomorrow -- someday. That day is our Freedom from Dilution Day and end of the litigation. As they say, "end of story". Every thing else is just like screaming into a hurricane. All you do it get hoarse; I have noticed that the voices of immediate future riches here are becoming more husky and grated as reality and beliefs collide. It's OK, come on board and we can have the real discussion that is needed to determine when our celebration of Freedom from Dilution Day may occur. When that happens many of us will mark that date on our calendars and celebrate each year -- Freedom from Dilution Day, and all it will entail, sounds good, very good indeed! But until that day arrives and until the litigation is successfully concluded, well you fill in the blanks ...
