The fact that they named a name is huge! I couldn't find much information on Aequitas Energy, but maybe some will be brought to life now that they are working with a publicly traded company. Not 100% happy about a LOI, because we've seen a lot of intents. It also crossed my mind as some mentioned where the 1 mil will come from, I hope they don't raise cash by selling shares. Not sure how the market will react to this one but I hope it's positive.
