Brian,

I think that R3's thoughts/dreams are in the right place, but we seem to have forgotten that while a share buyback would be nice, We still don't have the promised Financials and Uplist. that supposedly hasn't happened because we were so cash strapped to pay for them. now all of a sudden we get $40k back in the way of a buy back? I am definitely not an expert but things don't add up. 200 million shares presumably are bought back, roughly 15% of the known O/S, and no price increase? actually a drop in PPS. Doesn't make sense to me. Someone please help me make sense of this?
