Not dreamy at all, TB. I'm not talking good 'ol USA. But if I was, lots of folks out there have messed up banking, have to use money orders or elsewise to pay bills etc, yet most take on-line payments, especially to speed the payment up, whether on-line or by phone.By filling out an application, with OTOW's O2USA, you are re-establishing or even starting, a new credit history.
